UN Wants a 10% Global Tax to Pay for New "Shared Responsibility" Program to Address Coronavirus Pandemic [More]Dr. Evil speaks for me on this.
First off, it would be unconstitutional. Kind of like an income tax was supposed to be.

And the Nelson Muntz Award Goes To...
San Francisco bans reusable bags in coronavirus fight [More]The problem, of course, is that idiots dumb enough to vote for these incompetent commie frauds aren't smart enough to load them into tumbrils and head for the scaffolds.
Whatever, Pal
Jeremy Renner is a gun guy! He trained at Tactical Response with James Yeager in preparation for the movie The Hurt Locker (2008) and The Bourne Legacy (2012). Yes, he participated in that 2013 ad by Illegal Mayors Against Guns in response to the shooting at Sandy Hook Elementary School in 2012. Yet, he still supports us today! [More]Yeah, he's a tool for Bloomberg citizen disarmament propaganda, but we couldn't have a better pal and anyone who says differently is a "complete fool"!
I'm sure Lon Horiuchi likes guns too.
And Now a Word from the Hive Insects
What the NRA and other gun groups are seeking instead is for Second Amendment rights to become super-rights, receiving a level of protection no other constitutional right enjoys. [More]No other right was deemed by the Founders to be "necessary to the security of a free State."
To infringe on that when the social order is on the verge of a breakdown is beyond suicidal madness, and anyone who maintains otherwise is a useful idiot and/or a foreign or domestic enemy bent on the destruction of the Republic.
Resurrection Runner
Longtime readers know that when I do book reviews, which is not very often, I only do good ones.
I don't have anything to say yet about Resurrection Runner only because I haven't read it-- but the premise intrigues the hell out of me. So I'm calling it to your attention because author Robert Wood Anderson asked me to and because, appearances to the contrary, I really am one hell of a nice and helpful guy -- most of the time.
With caveats out of the way, check out his website. If you like what you see and want to know more, click on the "Count Me In" button to be added to an email list to get sample chapters and receive updates on the book's progress.

Truth in Parody
Revenge of the Keepers
Antifa Wins, Self Defense Loses in Oregon Appeals Court [More]Michael Strickland ("Laughing at Liberals") gives his reaction in a media release reproduced in total at the Victoria Taft blog.
You can also watch his video where he breaks what happened down:
Yeah, you bet this whole tyrannical travesty is political.
That's what happens when the Keepers decide it's time to adjust some attitudes.
F*** 'em if They Can't Take a Joke
A new survey finds that a majority of students say that offensive jokes could constitute hate speech. Sixty percent of respondents to a recent College Pulse survey said so, while just 24 percent said no. [More]What do you call a Trabant with two college Marxist hive insects going off a cliff?
A squandered opportunity -- a Trabi seats four.

We're the Fauxnly Ones Roadblocking Enough
Fake police in Greeley direct driver into roadblock, question her about coronavirus stay-at-home order - Reports of police impersonation seem to be on the rise since the state’s stay-at-home order was issued [More]You're aware of my Fauxnly Ones archive, right, with example after example to prove the phenomenon is hardly isolated or rare? You never know when you might have to prove you had reason to doubt authenticity...

Voices from the Past
There is a sub-species of pig-headed gun owners who refuse to entertain any attempts to persuade our "beautiful Second Amendment" president about needed course corrections. They view any attempt as an attack to be put down with stupid and bellicose questions like "Would you rather have Hillary?" or accusations of being a closet leftwinger or a Russian bot.
One point I made that I haven't noticed too many picking up on is the way a "voice vote" within many of our memories eviscerated our recognized right to keep and bear arms.
Here are some more reminders of what can happen when you rely on a corrupt broker being the sole arbiter of who screamed the loudest, which is one hell of an outrageously unacceptable way to commit the fate of millions:

Who Was That Masked Man?
This looks interesting. Anyone know any reason why it won't work? [Watch]
It certainly seems a lot less labor-intensive than the other DIY alternatives I've seen.
Just don't wear one in Virginia. Northam's pretty strict about the mask styles he approves.

Great Expectations
One would expect the school to cook up a glowing press release touting the member of the law school community saving lives and serving her country while still earning her law degree. [More]No, with the subversive nature of academia, one would expect her to be unceremoniously expelled as a "Nazi" and for her accusers to do everything in their power to destroy her future educational, career and social options.

Lest He Be Judged
We're the Only Ones Hitting the Trifecta Enough

Trump Attack on Massie Self-Defeating and Wrong
Since when has expecting Congress to do its job been cause to expel an elected member? And why is wanting to see votes recorded instead of masked through a voice vote deemed objectionable by the political elite? [More]Anybody else remember how well-served we were by a voice vote on the Huges Amendment...?
