ReplyDeleteHard to believe the board would not be involved, that LaPierre et al have carte blanche. Or is he setting the deal for presentation as fait accompli?
ReplyDeleteNoted stress on 'financially strong". So what benefit accrues to this (defensive) bankruptcy? Would call the office but would never get a response.
The result of decades with sleeping trustees and fingers in the till management.
At least they got rid of Chris Cox.
