We're the Only Ones Ignorant Enough

The Michigan Supreme Court says that a police officer cannot benefit from his own ignorance to the detriment of a defendant. [Watch]

Note that Judge Zahra, speaking for the dissenters, was initially appointed by "Republican" political Judas Rick Snyder.

    Isn't it grand that justice depends on who you are and where you are. This happened in North Carolina. Surprised it wasn't used as "precedent." https://thefreethoughtproject.com/court-rules-cops-laws-enforce-ignorance/
