The question is, will the public finally tire of it, or will it not put two and two together and demand more government controls to fix government-created problems?
The public clamors for the Empire to 'do something'. And the Empire will respond, giving the public what it wants, in Mencken's words "...good and hard". Unfortunately we cannot avoid or escape the damage.
It will all be dismissed as Trump's Fault, and the solution will be more government.
