Turkeys in the Straw

 Among the straw purchases observed by agents during the gun show were a transaction by a straw purchaser who bought an Uzi and long gun for Fields using money Fields passed to the purchaser, officials said.     "A straw purchase occurs when someone buys a gun for a person who is prohibited by law from possessing one or for someone who does not want his or her name associated with the transaction. A straw purchase is a federal crime."
    Is this a special Pennsylvania thing? Because I've never heard that privacy preservation makes a legal gun transaction illegal.
