OK, so we have someone making home made guns and maybe selling/giving them to other gang members. Will more infringing on legal gun owners rights make this situation better? Maybe we need to license drill presses? Maybe we should run a background check on anyone who buys metal? Maybe we need to dumb down our kids so they don't become machinists?
