Mack, it ain't that easy. There are many flavors of immunity -- qualified, unqualified, and absolute are the top three -- and they devolve onto different officeholders. Qualified immunity mainly covers police and vicinity. Judges and some others get absolute. I believe Unqualified is for Mayors, Governors, and people like that.
