I'm glad the sanctuary provision is included, but it is narrowly written to apply only to "concealable weapons", eg, pistols, knives and the like. It would not cover federal laws restricting the possession or carry of long guns (or longbows, for that matter.) So this provision would not blunt an "assault rifle" ban.
