It's Like They're Deliberately Trying to be Stupid or Something

The resolution states that "the first goal of policing should be the prevention of crime and not catching the criminals with the intent to punish citizens or suppress their rights." [More]

    How about start with ousting the politicians that let things get like that?

    Stupidest strategy ever. Next thing you know, they won't be stopping illegal immigrants at the border, they'll be "stopping them" at one or two checkpoints 100 miles inside the border.
