    Never mind the gun laws, they just found a better way to end this scourge:
    "On Wednesday, NYPD brass and the mayor announced a crackdown on illegal paper [license] plates to try to curb shootings, since gunmen’s getaway cars frequently use them."
    Next week: videotaping required for all Nike purchases!
