I see Giffords' A-rated California tops the list with 42.

I haven't had time to do a thorough read but did do a quick scroll-down, so tell me if I missed this: Did anybody see what I would consider highly relevant data, how many of the incidents took place in "gun-free zones"?

  3. It is very hard to say, David. Some or all of them could be gun free zones; retail businesses, private businesses, Malls, some possibly gun friendly, but I would bet most of them are not. Others such as schools, hospitals and government facilities are almost certainly gun free zones. We would have to look at each one to determine if it was a gun free zone or not.
