Somehow I knew it was my fault.

I'm told this "is presently on display along Sandy Blvd. in NE Portland, near 82nd Ave., both major thoroughfares," and the billboard is owned by these guys.

    I sent a "shame on you" complaint to the billboard owner, let's see what happens.
