    Saw a picture taken in Kabul yesterday of a haji carrying a U.S. stinger missile. How's that going to workout for the jets flying in and out of Kabul.

    I have to wonder if the answer to that question wasn't simply "diplomacy under duress" -- he's been ordered not to do anything about it, doesn't agree with it, isn't willing to take the blame, but is unable under UCMJ to hang it on the dotard ultimately responsible for it.
