    Well, the 55mph speed limit worked out really well.

    As did the ban on marijuana cultivation, possession, sales, and consumption.

    You see, Americans have a way of dealing with laws that are imposed on them that they don't really agree with. They just ignore them when it is more convenient to do so.

    And I'm not just talking about those no account fly over Republicans.
