Now, I'm sure it's just a few bad apples. It was just coincidental that all their bad apples were working the same area during same shift. That's all.
ReplyDeleteSeriously though, the few bad apples were the ones kicking and punching. The "Vast Majority" stood around and watched and allowed it to happen. None of whom ever wrote a statement on an excessive use of force incident.
