What does he know that useful idiots who voted for him in spite of the blackface can't seem to wrap their silly "minds" around? Aside from settled law that police have no duty to protect...?
And good of him to tell us he's smarter than the Founders, and that which they considered "necessary to the security of a free State," that is, a key provision of that which he swore an oath to support, is "arcane."
I suppose under the kind of regime he's trying to impose, it is.
