Facts are scarce. The one thing for sure is that grabbers are crossing their fingers and hoping this time everything fits their narrative.

Actually, there's one other certainty: Such an animal can't possibly be a Bill of Rights believer.

    Given that the number of merely wounded far exceeds the number actually killed, it may be a case of the Leaded Law: the perpetrator is likely nonwhite.
