Abbott should bus them to DC, point to the Capitol building, and tell them they have to apply inside there for benefits. That ought to get AOC's and Nancy's panties in a twist.
Note that the expulsions weren't even a possibility until the stream of "refugees" shifted from "Brown" Central Americans to "Black" Haitians.Just don't tell the Democrats that they're racists.
