    Think of it as the Second Obama Administration. He said he intended to rebuild America from the foundation up. Some folks saw that as a figure of political speech. Some took it seriously and liked what they heard. Hillary was supposed to finish the job but..... Well..... Trump happened. So after four years of rage and two impeachments they're back in power intending to finish what Barak started.

    But remember the other thing Obama said. "never underestimate Joe's ability to F**k things up!"
