Recently in the city, two teen-age guys argued over a girl. Nothing unusual about that, right? It happens all the time. However, rarely do arguments like that end with a 17-year-old shooting an 18-year-old 14 times, taking the life of the victim, and ultimately and irrevocably devastating the lives of the suspect, not to mention both families. We're all just victims of our hormones. Some learn to control them. Some don't. For the ones who don't and/or can't, we have penitentiaries. It has always been thus.
