A Paige Out of History

Was he also "articulate" and "clean"?

I tried to find out if Paige was a Democrat or Republican to see if Biden would have considered him "black," but came up empty. It seems there was a time when athletes and celebrities didn't abuse their fame by injecting themselves into politics...

    Slow Joe seems to be developing a Satchel Paige fetish. He told this exact same story to the Pope.
    "My son Beau," "Satchel Paige"... who will capture his nostalgia neuron next? Judy Garland? Eugene Debs? Elvis?
