He should have been cited. I do hope someone had the presence of mind to object in front of the jury.

    I believe that if I were on the jury I'd be tempted to dive to the floor, or maybe throw a skateboard.

    At least someone had the foresight to pull the mag out for him.

    A chamber flag or zip tie would have been really nice.

    OTOH, how much real gun safety can you expect from an anti-gun "gun safety" expert?

    Finger on the trigger, bolt closed, no range flag in the chamber.
    He should have been arrested for brandishing a firearm.
