What he should be concerned about is a retaliatory visit from ATF with instructions from the top to not let up until they find "discrepancies."
I suspect that is a good part of the threat driving the vaccination demands. Even if the mandate is blocked "officially", the Dems can make life miserable by needless inspections and denial of contracts and grants. Nothing "overt", of course.
