I don't see any "magic bullet" in SCOTUS applying strict scrutiny to make the Second Amendment match the rest of the Bill of Rights.
Without some teeth, some way of inflicting pain to Blue governments at all levels and to the gun grabbers who run them, our children will still be bringing cases before the courts to force compliance long after we're gone.
Look at how quickly DC got the message and stopped their weaselly attempts to get around Heller. (I know, but it could happen any day now!)
