Having been processed through the judicial meatgrinder, both civil and criminal divisions, in a SW Ohio county that is about as red as can be, with Republican prosecutors and judges...I see no difference beyond the targeting preferences.

Fair point. It seems to take a special type of sociopath to be an enthusiastically ambitious part of a system where the primary goal is to win as opposed to ensure justice for all.
