    One can only wonder if they'll push compliance up to 25% and then declare victory.

    Meanwhile, back at 1,001 "Ghost Gun" factories...

    Let's take a poll, or maybe sell tickets for a raffle...

    "Which "Blue" jurisdiction will be the first to realize that you can't control guns and that maybe, just maybe, controlling career violent criminals is worth a shot.
