The thought occurs that Chicago murderers disproportionately target minorities as well.

What could the explanation for these disparities possibly be, aside from "Forget it, Jake, it's Chi-Town"?

    I'm so tired of "minorities" sobbing that neutral policies catch them "disproportionately" committing crimes, and wacky white chicks enabling their denial. if you don't speed, you won't get a ticket, it's no more complicated than that.
