I'm told this was the ATF/DoJ agreement, not, as previously speculated, the Shockwave (although who knows?), and that this is the typed version of the email so as not to give the recipients away.

    Not being familiar with the items mentioned, is this enforcement edict going so far as to demand information on ultimate purchasers?
