I'm willing to bet you'll see 70% items for sale long before the new AFT rule takes effect. And then there's this (which somehow didn't meet AmmoLand's criteria for inclusion in a post.
Defense Distributed has decided to throw down the gauntlet (again) and is now marketing the Ghost Gunner 3, a desktop CNC milling machine capable of turning aluminum bar stock, or 0% receiver to some, into an AR15 lower.
