Does this sound to you like a problem systemic of "white culture?" Somehow, I suspect not.
Time to bring in our old friend, "The Politician's Syllogism."

Note that it is also called "The Politicians Fallacy" because it never connects the suggested "This" to a solution of the problem at hand.
