What's Missing?

Why is it that not finding a name or any other identifying information about the suspect in any of the news reports I've seen makes me wonder if something is being deliberately left unreported?

    According to unsubstantiated rumors, the minister of prime expresses "... sadness and dismay...".

    An aside:
    Are we approaching the anniversary of the downtown garbage dump collapse in Abbu Dabbis(sp?)... resulting in several hundred deaths?
