China Imports Kelo

Paramilitary police and anti-riot units here have opened fire with pistols and automatic rifles for the past two nights on rioting farmers and fishermen who have attacked them with gasoline bombs and explosive charges, according to residents of this small coastal village...

The long-simmering conflict in Dongzhou arose over disputed confiscations and what farmers here said were inadequate compensation payments. Authorities exercising the equivalent of eminent domain seized farmers' fields to build a wind-driven electric generating plant on a hillside overlooking the village...

"It is illegal to impede the progress of a key infrastructure project," a Shanwei spokesman, Li Min, told Radio Free Asia then. "As for whether the compensation is reasonable, it was in line with the usual standards."

Remember this the next time some asshat national socialist tells you the commies are all about peasant/worker rights.

Too bad the farmers are reduced to gasoline bombs. Maybe some of them will manage to get their hands on some guns and start conducting selective reprisals.

  1. The partisans in Russia did pretty well against the Nazi's, and started off with very little arms. Tactic was to hit, kill, grab weapons, ammo., and then run. (You grow stronger while your enemy grows weak).
Problem in China is they have a HUGE military that can crush them instantly.
Makes our dilemma look like a cakewalk.
    SAD.

  3. Asshat national socialist=nazi, look it up! Asshat national socialist? You mean like the five Supreme Court justices that upheld the asshat national socialists of New London? And all the other asshat national socialists that jumped on the theft by government bandwagon immediately after the Kelo decision?
