"Duped Again!"

It has now been 2 years since the inspection that revealed .4% clerical errors that the ATF deemed "willful" and decided to revoke our license after over 70 years. This case has tied up our court system and cost taxpayers hundreds of thousands of dollars, not to mention what we have suffered personally which has been nearly $90,000 in legal fees and continuous attacks on our character.

I'd say the wrong people's character is being attacked here.

I hope Ryan Horsley's lawyers make a point of letting the judge know that comments posted on blogs by anonymous sources are sometimes trolling, sometimes spam, and sometimes like "letters to the editor"--just because one appears does not imply agreement or sanction by the blogger, as evidenced by people posting disagreements with me on this blog. Non-approval of content does not disqualify a comment from remaining posted here, nor on any honest blog, because doing so would ruin a blogger's reputation for credibility. I would hope those citing a lone anonymous statement-- one that was not a direct threat to anyone but was nevertheless subsequently removed-- are forced to concede under oath that they have no knowledge of who left the comment they are using against Ryan and where their sympathies truly lie. Either that, or they do know, and it was one of theirs. I'd ask them flat out if they could prove that poster was not an agent provocateur.

And as long as BATFU and the US Attorney Deborah Ferguson operate under such devious and self-serving rules of engagement, it's time to start picking up chairs in this bar fight. So I'd also go after a deposition of Area Supervisor Linda Young with the purpose of determining if that apparent stain running down the backside and leg of her slacks is from an external or internal source. If it turns out to be the latter, I'd file a formal complaint with OSHA for workplace safety and sanitation violations that endanger the health and safety of my employees and customers, and demand that she be forbidden to enter my premises unless and until mitigating controls and procedures are put into place.

  1. Personally, I think some things are becoming very evident, if anyone didn't know this about government regulators already. They have no concept of right & wrong and ethics in general. They have no concept of heaven and hell. Even the most radical facist muslim terrorist has a concept of hell. The ATF and the sorry US attorneys don't even have that. The worst yellow dog Dummykrats, that have no concept of history or how government works in general, are wacko's or are just plain stupid. The ATF knows how the government works and how to get by with breaking the law and Deborah Ferguson is obviously a very calculating evil witch. Many commentators and bloggers have exposed their evil to daylight and that hasn't sent the slimy belly crawlers running for cover. I am about to come to the conclusion that these government Nazis are wanting to start a war. I saw a comment on another site comparing these thugs to genocidal maniacs. I am about to decide they are worse.

  2. Facist Muslim terrorists can be dealt with. These Gestapo U.S. Attorney thugs are worse.

  3. Seems like the big chain stores never seem to have any problems with the ATF in any way. At an ATF record keeping seminar not long ago most of the attendees were Wal Mart employees. You could tell by the questions they asked that most didn't have a clue as to what they were doing. I've seen the quality of help at most of these chain stores and most don't know which end is up on a 4473 form. Too many of them that are in charge of the firearms department would forget their own name if they couldn't look at their name tag. I know these stores have to have gargantuan record keeping mistakes. Is the ATF leaving them for last, do the big stores have the funds and the will to fight the legal battle, is there money changing hands under the table, or is there something else going on?

  4. I like to hunt pigs but I think I'd leave that stained one alone. I bet she could turn the stomach of a hyena.

Feel free to delete this if it's construed as a non-threat to federal law endorsement officers. Reckon I couldn't stand to be in the same room with her long enough to ever cause her any harm.
