Let me guess, without looking, that this incompetent officer wasn't named. Meanwhile, the officer is set upon the public with the equipment he/she doesn't know how to operate or when.
Why should we trust these people? Especially with firearms. And worse, we are not allowed to know who they are.
No special treatment here. Uh huh, that's just the way they do for everybody. Didn't someone in government just testify before Congress that we must redefine privacy to exclude anonymity? Shouldn't they be setting the example?
