A Capitol police officer is out of a job after telling investigators he hired a prostitute who took a handgun from his Harrisburg apartment.

    "Cara Liddick of Carlisle was arrested on theft charges Sunday, but those charges were dropped after the gun was recovered."

    Why dropt the charges? Is that the usual punishment? Perhaps she said she was sorry.

    Will Fenty now sue the Capitol Police for supplying "illegal guns" to prohibited persons in gun free DC?

    I think Bloomberg and he should jump right on this. Or perhaps Bloomberg could sue the Capitol Police and Fenty if he doesn't sue.

    That girl must be awfully good at her profession to have the charges dropped. Just sayin'. Wonder how many more guns she got?

    Probably all small caliber.
