The solicitor general holds an unusual position in the government.To all of you who are floating the in-denial hope that somehow, this latest power grab/act of sabotage has been done without the implicit consent and direction of the "Vote Freedom First President," grow up. It wasn't slipped through by Clinton administration holdovers, and yes, the VFFP had full knowledge of this action. He authorized it.
He is an appointee of the president in the Justice Department, representing the administration's view in court.
Good grief.
I'm hoping the Court urinates on this opinion. "Well, sure, you have a right, but we get to define it."
