The Bush administration's top attorney in Idaho is bringing charges against a North Idaho woman for refusing to pay for a Diet Coke and then pouring it out on a counter at a cafeteria at the Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Boise. And "they" hate us because, you know, we're free...

Biggest waste of resources, EVER.
ReplyDeleteJust like paperwork violations for FFL's. There is another, deeper, and darker agenda then what is being reported.
When did the Federal Overlords go into overdrive on crushing all common sense to death? You do NOT waste money on a trivial matter.
Follow this, we are talking about a refill. She had already paid for her cup and was getting a refill. The policy changed and no one put a sign up to inform the customers that they would no longer be offering refill as they promoted in the past. Come on who is willing to pay $4 for a soda. This in fact is bait and switch or even worst, ambush by quid pro quo.
ReplyDeleteSo had the lady used a cup provided she could have just left the cup on the counter and say, "you failed to put up a price and I can't afford this price, here's you diet coke". Being she had already paid for her cup she had to separate her property the cup from their soda in order to go back to her business.
Another problem here is people looking into her fathers medical records is unlawful. This matter does not warrant such actions which are clearly against the law by invading private medical records.
What this is, is a parasite who has hurt feelings and this matter proves that parasites will circle the wagons to attack anyone that messes with any parasite. It's all for one and one for all with parasites. So the mission now is to break this woman and ruin her. This will be a show to the citizens that you don't mess with us government parasites because no matter how little the matter means we/parasites will come after you and will destroy you.
Now does anyone thing government is not out of control?
thank god she didn't have mountain dew. That could've meant bringing in the ATF.
