See how many times he can say "required to surrender" in one short letter? Yet, he can't give an example of her doing anything that justifies his "requirement". So he must be insane. I think that disqualifies him from carrying. At least to parasites who think like him.
Can anyone in that area tell me what the best bets would be to send letters to the editor about this? I know some regional and local newspapers are better than others. I can find addresses on line, but won't necessarily have a good idea which ones to concentrate on.
Letters to the editor about this would not only encourage the lady, but could educate some of the people who live around her.
Join me, won't you? Just be respectful. Just because the "only ones" are not is no reason for us to be nasty.
Some people were upset, therefore your *privilege* is rescinded. Funny, we thought King George III was the one that was dead. The King's Men live on. God help us all if "upsetting" the local herbivores is all it takes now. I could cite a soccer game during which someone had an impromptu machete amputation of their arm by a gang member -- and my state legislature suggests a law prohibiting concealing machetes. One of the Virginia Tech victims' parents who want more restrictions on gun sales was very vocal about Tech's failure to even do the MINIMUM to protect 20,000 students after two students were found shot dead. Yet he really hates the idea of anyone closer to the agent of doom being able to do anything either. I guess you HAVE TO have it both ways to impose your socialist paradise.
This is certainly true, but for some of us it may also be considered an act of attempted murder, or at the very least something along the lines of "enforced negligent homicide".*
To try and take my liberty is to try and take my life. Proceed at your peril.
If anyone would be shocked, shocked at my taking appropriate action to such naked aggression, they can bloody well tap me on the shoulder and have an adult conversation with me about it, without having to involve the Enforcer-Thug Caste at all.
* Apparently I'm into oxymorons today. It seems to go with the territory. Still, I'd rather it make no sense than consider the other possibility--that it's a deliberate act of attrition...
I can say "cocksuckers" on your blog, can't I?
ReplyDeleteI'd actually prefer that you didn't.

ReplyDeleteUnfortunately I am outraged at this letter. Consequently, he should turn in his badge and gun.

We are revoking your license to carry a firearm because you carried a firearm. I'm going to go bang my head on the floor now.
