We're the Only Ones Revoking Enough

A woman’s concealed-weapons permit was revoked after other parents complained about seeing her carrying a loaded handgun at her 5-year-old daughter’s soccer game...

DeLeo cited a section of state law that bars the issuance of concealed-weapons permits to people who are deemed a danger to public safety based on their character and reputation. Hain showed poor judgment by wearing her gun at the game, he said.
My, aren't the Lebanon sheep well trained?

Understand, of course, if DeLeo wears his gun at a game, neither his judgment, character and reputation nor public safety will be deemed endangered--because DeLeo is a highly trained, morally superior, extra super special "Only One" with powers and abilities far beyond those of mortal men.

If you like, you can email the sheriff and ask him just what magic he possesses that makes him better than you. Either that or you can tell him what an arrogant punk he is.

This is what happens when you cede authority to another to dispense permissions for your rights.

Tarring and feathering need to be brought back, at least forcing people like him out on a rail.

Here's a real joke: In some states if you carry concealed it must be just that concealed. No tight cloths that show the outline of the firearm in your pocket etc. However if you want to by law you can carry open.
Now think about this, you could lose your concealed permit for carrying open, which is lawful. We have some real idiots with too much power in government. They need to be working in a factory which is the level of their abilities.

Here's my email to him, titled

Congratulations!:

Yes, Sheriff DeLeo you have achieved notoriety throughout the worldwide web. In your revocation of a concealed carry license for a soccer mom because she had the bad character and poor judgment to break no law. You have forever linked your name to the word "stupid".

If you were only stupid, it would be no big deal. A great many people too stupid to make an honest living go into elective office and we seem to tolerate them quite well, if inconveniently. Unfortunately, you are also arrogant. Stupidity and arrogance make a very dangerous combination. The stupidly arrogant can only maintain their status by robbing others of their rights. Of course, this only works so long as their immorality is tolerated.

Here is hoping you are recalled by the electorate of your jurisdiction. Can you say "Want fries with that?"

Just to be perfectly clear, should I ever again be in Lebanon,Pa, you will require me to break the law or you will sanction me in some way? I mean, you know, that is what you have done already.

Oh, one more thing, could I receive and autographed picture of yourself in full uniform regalia? I wish to paste it in my Webster's Collegiate Dictionary next to the word "stupid".

With way less than respect,
Charles H. Sawders

It might be enlightening to ask for open records information to see if Sheriff DeLeo has qualified with his duty weapon in the last several decades. Generally, the "only ones" who are holding executive and/or administrative positions don't bother to follow their own agency guidelines as to firearm proficiency standards. They are not only above the laws that regulate citizens, they are also above agency policies that regulate the lower forms of "only ones". It’s just possible that it can be proven that Ms Hain has received better and more recent firearm training that has the esteemed sheriff.

DeLeo said … revoking her concealed-weapons permit was his only recourse because he could not legally confiscate her gun. “She showed poor judgment.”

Of course, a difference of opinion is not to be tolerated and should be punished. It also logically follows that Ms Hain’s character and reputation is extremely questionable.

Here was my letter to him:

Dear Sheriff Michael DeLeo,

You made a serious mistake, during what I hope is only a temporary lapse in judgement, when you revoked Ms. Hain's carry permit. You need to apologize to her immediately and either reinstate her permit or recognize that under the Second Amendment of the US Constitution, she need not obey any such infringement on her absolute human and civil right to own and to carry any type of weapon she sees fit, everywhere she goes, in any way she sees fit, without asking permission from anyone, ever.

DC, you are a true champion of liberty.

Anyone notice that this idiot has forced Ms. Hain to do exactly what he is "punishing" her for doing?...there is no permit required in Pa. to open carry.

Anon- Except that when I lived in PA the local sheriff threatened me with arrest if I took a gun out my door "without a hunting license or a carry permit". Seems that they make their own "laws", doesn't it.

What this all comes down to is this. The elected parasites are running a huge scam on the people of this country. By doing this they know they need to have armed goons to protect them so they have ordered many more goons into employment. There's only so many decent folks who will do the job and there are very large numbers of bottom feeders who can't find a factory job so they join up in becoming an armed goon to protect the elected parasites.
We have government on all levels scamming the people at every angle they can to steal more of the people's money and rights.
We will in due time be free or be enslaved because if anyone looks back in time to what America was 40 plus years ago. It was a country that many wish they lived in today.
