The Shirt Off His Back

Students at Dos Palos High School protested Thursday -- by wearing patriotic regalia to school -- after a sophomore student was forced to remove a T-shirt depicting the American flag...

Earlier in the day, he was speaking with a local news station when an unidentified teacher walked up to him, ripped off the microphone clipped to his shirt and told him he was not allowed to talk to the media.
Identify him. I'd like to exchange an email or two.

In fairness though, they are teaching the young inmates what they need to know to navigate the cell block. As well as respect for Dear Leader.

  1. Dave, you have to post this:

    http://www.govtrack.us/congress/record.xpd?id=109-s20060525-16&bill=s109-190

Here's McCain's bill, back in 2006, where he wanted new regulators to go after Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac to straighten this out. This bill was passed along to a Democrat-controlled Congress and was dropped by them.

  6. Yeah what kind turd sandwich gets into teaching who acts like that?

  7. Had anything like that happened to me when I was in school there would have been a vice principal and a teacher trying desperately to get off their asses.

Something similar happened to my youngest son when he was a sophomore, I made it very plain to the principal of the school, in front of my son, that he was soon to be in dire need of an ambulance if he didn't apologize and reinstate my son with no record of his alleged misbehavior. I told him, no matter what happened to me, he was going to miss a lot of work, that I was out of patience with his ilk, people trying to reinstitute slavery in the United States.

He decided I was quite reasonable. I don't think he meant it. I didn't care, as long as he behaved himself.

  8. The leftists control Public Schools, so this tyranny will never end.

As another example, David, consider making another Lightworker blog entry on this:

    http://elections.foxnews.com/2008/09/23/fifth-grader-suspended-for-wearing-anti-obama-shirt/

    T Shirt reads:

Obama - A Terrorists' Best Friend.

Student was suspended because the political expression allegedly "interrupts the learning environment."
