Affirming lower court decisions, five of the court's nine justices found the city of Kent was not required to pay $5,000 for damage to buildings owned by Leo Brutsche during a failed 2004 anti-methamphetamine operation.What--you expect consequences, just like anyone else would face?

The part that really shows the mindset of these cretins is the fact that the property owner offered the KEYS to the cops! He would have given them the keys or opened the doors for them, but they chose to break in anyway!
ReplyDeleteThey had absolutely no reason to destroy the doors, even if there had been some legitimate reason for them to be there in the first place - which there obviously was not.
How much longer are people going to allow this to go on?
This proves what we already know. Parasites are one for all and all for one.
ReplyDeleteThe greatest threat to decent citizens of this country comes from the government parasite. These people by far and large are nothing but trash.
Don't leave out five motherless sons on the court who don't give a damn for law or justice.
ReplyDeleteThis was simply a case of "street justice", just in case the cops couldn't make their case. They wanted to be sure they dispensed some punishment, no matter what.
It's about their turn for that end of things.
