Greg Nickels--What a Piece of...Work

State law allows private property owners to prohibit the presence of firearms on their property.
But public plunder isn't private property, is it, you miserable con artist?

Since the state is going to do nothing to stop this criminal, I'd suggest a citizens' arrest--that is, if you could get past his taxpayer-funded armed bodyguards...

  1. You mean to say that the laws against assault and attempted murder didn't stop the crime?! Nickels' answer? Another law!

Plans to disarm law-abiding citizens who DIDN'T commit a crime is the product of a broken mind. Not to mention the persons advocating such unconstitutional measures designate themselves as 'domestic enemies' of those sworn to support and defend the Constitution.

  2. I should point out though that private property owners have EVERY right to prohibit firearms on their premises.

It's called property rights people. You may not like it, and if you don't simply withdraw your participation in/at such places.

  3. hey Chef, he is conspiring to break the law on PUBLIC property.

email to wash. state AG re: Seattle mayor's plan to break the law:::
In view of Seattle's mayor announcing his intent to proceed with plans to usurp the Wa. State legislature's authority and defy your office's interpretation of the law as regards preemption of state law concerning the right to keep and bear arms, does your office have any plans to prosecute this man for the felony of conspiring to break the law. If not, why not?

As you are well aware conspiracy is a felony in and of itself, even if the law conspired against is only a misdemeanor.

If you are to retain any semblance of honor in office, I do not see how you can ignore this challenge to the law, the legislature, your office ,and more importantly the unalienable rights of the people which "shall not be infringed".

    I await your response.
