    Wait a minute; didn't GB eliminate closing time to cut down on 'hooliganism' (great word there)? Now they'll raise the booze tax to discourage costs that they claim accrue to the screwed up NHS?

    Frankly, if I had to live with all the bs rules/regs/restrictions heaped upon me by this 'free nation' I'd have no choice but to drink my cares away...
