We're the Only Ones Valedictorian Enough

The State Patrol is recommending felony theft charges against nine troopers accused of buying fake diplomas to win a pay increase.

What? This doesn't count as "Only One" higher education?

    Paid leave while they are waiting for felony charges to be filed on them. Frankly, the people in charge need the felony charges filed on them for allowing these fakes to be on paid leave.
    I'm just waiting for people to be able to file and get unemployment insurance while they wait to go to court on felony charges.
