Assistant Police Superintendent Marlon Defillo said that on Saturday evening, as crime lab investigators began to "process" the car, they found an assault shotgun in the trunk along with a "high velocity" magazine clip for the 9 mm handgun and shotgun shells. [More]Let's see, the dead citizen had no criminal record and a permit for his gun, the car that pulled alongside him was unmarked and the officers were in street clothes, the "official" police union version is disputed...yeah, sounds like he intended to start a "gun battle" with the (naturally unidentified) "Only Ones" to me...
Assault shotguns. High velocity magazine clips.
Good grief.

Too bad no one has a video of this. Kind of like the pig that murdered the kid who was hogtied on this belly in CA. Had there been no video to prove he murdered the kid, the other cops would have a story that backed the killers story up and he would have got away with murder.
ReplyDeleteAny more I'm starting to believe these pieces of shit are nothing but cold blooded killers. How many times have these dirtbags killed people and got away with it is the question I keep wondering.
Murder....period

It was a streamlined but slightly heavier than average steel magazine loader clip that, with practice, could be thrown quite fast and for great distance after partially reloading your 9mm magazine.
ReplyDeleteWith effort, one could also grind the clip's edges on the sidewalk to sharpen it, making it into an impromptu throwing knife...
Those don't look like 9mm cartridges in the photo. They look more like revolver cartridges. Maybe the NOLA's public information officer thought the 9mm pills didn't look menacing enough...
ReplyDeleteAn assault shotgun? Is that anything like an assault rifle? In other words, one that looks "reawwy, reawwy scawy!"
ReplyDeleteIf I moving back to New Orleans I would most definitely want a pistol with a few large capacity magazines and a 12 ga. shotgun with an extended magazine for self defense. That's common sense, not criminal intent. Since the undercover police officers were not aware of their presence, that is just a smokescreen to cover their inappropriate actions.
