Gangs of South African men are raping lesbians in the belief it will "cure" the women's sexual orientation, an aid agency said Friday. [More]This was sent to me by Mama Liberty, who noted:
And, of course, nobody at NBC would be caught dead suggesting that these women might easily defend themselves from rape and murder if they were suitably armed. Can't have that. It's actually worse than that. In the Bizarro world of globalist feminism, the biggest enabler the rapists have are the women's advocacy groups that purport to represent the victims.
Think I'm exaggerating?
Set aside a few minutes to think again.
Indeed, David. The femiNazis are their own worst enemies, as well as enemies of all human beings.
ReplyDeleteEventually, one hopes this is a self defeating position. The Nazi fems get my nomination for the Darwin award special edition.
May they die in peace, or pieces - whatever...
They should thank Nelson Mandela too. When his Marxists ascended to power after apartheid ended, they took apart whatever "justice" system there was. The REDISTRIBUTED POLITICAL OFFICES AND LAND AND WEALTH. They disarmed their politicial enemies and SUSPECTED enemies. We saw vast trouble coming then.
ReplyDeleteThe African AIDS pandemic (80% are said to be HIV positive) stems in part from the other superstitious belief that sex with a virgin is a cure.
ReplyDeleteAdd to that the Muslim culture of "female circumscision," genital mutilation intended to keep women from straying from their husband/owners... and the need for guns becomes even more obvious.
A lot more men have been raped than a person might guess, and not just in prison, either.
ReplyDeleteWould an anti-murder organization deny legitimacy to a "survivor" because they had not been successfully murdered? My point is that a thinking person does not have to experience a terrible event to have sympathy for those who have nor to have effective solutions to prevent it in the future. Same angle for those who would say "you aren't (insert victim minority)", BS- I have a functioning brain and experience in the real world.
Criminalizing a rape victim who kills his/her attacker with a pistol just means more rural holes and silence. That's how you know your true friends.
Cheers.
It is neither stupidity nor ignorance that cause them to take that stance. Just like gun control everywhere, it is about control. If a rapist can control his victim, because she is disarmed, how much easier for government?
ReplyDeletePerhaps South African women need to start killing the males in their country. I am deadly serious about that. A man fears his wife, his daughter and his girlfriend whom he has wronged. 10,000 deaths of men who aid and abet these practices would almost certainly cause them to back up and look at their hole cards.
Or twenty or thirty women gathering after dark incognito and castrating men known to have committed these atrocities several times a week in scattered locations would damn sure get their attention. Visiting like retribution on men or women who advocate for their continued helplessness will sensitize them far faster than all the pleading in the world from now to eternity could.
After reading the article I had to wait a few minutes for the rage to die down before I could put together a coherent sentence.
ReplyDeleteDavid,
ReplyDeleteI sent an e-mail to a friend in South Africa with links to Mama Liberty’s info as well as to your correspondence with the so-called women’s rights group.
My friend authorized me to post his comments but for obvious reasons he wished to remain anonymous.
[ I've not heard about this "corrective rape" stuff on the news or anything like that here. Very interesting, and seems to go along with the tribal instinct of the indigenous peoples who are used to a king with many wives. A lot of this stuff happens in townships and settlements that might have running water and electricity but have no other civic services, including police, trash pickup, etc. I wouldn't say it is dangerous to wear pants however; most public places are similar to walking through Atlanta.
Rape is just one of the many dangers here in South Africa - they also have one of the highest murder rates, armed robberies, car hijackings, smash-and-grab robberies, you name it. Typically problems are blamed on immigrants from Zim, Zambia, the DRC and other lawless nations that raise murderous militia. The colonialism here spawned mainly an educated, civilized society, so for the most part the crime doesn't come from South Africans. Even black South Africans are victims; indeed, most victims are black since they comprise 85% of the populace. There is an inherent racism here from the "light" blacks against the "dark" blacks from central Africa even.
Here's what I've heard about the arms issue - South Africans love guns as much as Texans do. However, to get the world cup here in 2010, they had to promise the European Union that they would decrease gun ownership or violence or something by a certain percentage. If they didn't, the EU would vote against soccer coming here. Of course, the situation in homogenous, white Europe is quite different than the "wild west" of Africa. Freakin' idiotic Europeans. So, love of soccer trumped love of firearms in SA.
Now the police actually come to your house, note the locations of your safe, verify the safe is "safe enough", and file this paperwork with the government. With all the governmental corruption, it is not a problem for a criminal to find out where exactly you store your guns, what guns you have, how much and what type of ammunition you will have on hand, etc. Thank you very much Europe. I pray that the restrictions will be relaxed after 2010, but I'm not confident. As in every case where guns have been banned, criminals use illegal AK-47s which are a dime a dozen here in Africa. What, they don't register them with the gov't? Give me a break! ]
Rather than the politicizing above, I would hope perhaps that there is a woman, who has been sexually victimized, that might be able to re-ask Davids well phrased questions without being immediately dismissed, and perhaps open some sort of dialogue.
ReplyDeleteI doubt they would ever agree, but i do wonder what a real response might entail.
I could never look a woman in the eye and tell her that it is a good thing that she wasnt able to attempt to defend herself, or things might have turned out worse. I cant even fathom what would go the the minds of this particular group's leadership, if that is really what they think.
And if i cant understand them, i can neither help them, nor defeat them.
I do know, however that people are very sensitive about the stories of female victimization being used for the furthering of political agendas, which i understand. First to be raped, and then to be used as a sob story to further a politicians career. who could say which is more objectifying and debasing? That may have been the reasoning behind the quick shutdown.
Only a real dialogue would tell.
so, basically reverend franz you have stated that you hold no principles dear. What the fuck are you reverent of?
ReplyDeleteStraighArrow, You lost me, not sure where i stated anything of the sort.
