WRSA fills us in on the latest "III patch" news.
[More]You got yours, right?
We're dependin' on you, son.
I'm getting the germ of an idea--send in your photo wearing the III patch and have some kind of contest for doing it from the farthest location...
i hope to get a picture of it on my shoulder at an appleseed event with a rifleman patch in my hand and a smile on my face. we shall see.
ReplyDeleteI don't really own a garment that I wear regularly upon which I'd put a threeper patch.
ReplyDeleteI am, however, putting a threeper patch on each of my MBR cases, along with a subdued forest Don't Tread on Me Gadsden flag. :)
I'm a little concerned - ordered mine when they first got mentioned here, but they have not yet appeared....
ReplyDeleteI ordered six, and received them last Friday.
ReplyDeleteThey're a coming, just not as fast as we'd like them.
Infamous Oregon Lawhobbit: Send me a note with your name & full address to 'ravenswoodent@sbcglobal.net' and I'll check the log.
ReplyDeleteYou will get your patches!

ReplyDeleteCowards don't belong here, and are certainly not welcome to comment.
Shucks, being stuck in the middle of the country, I'm eqi-distant from everything...not fair, Dave! ROFLMBO- whatcha thinking of for the best/winner? I just may have to chip in. Of course, you could always do a contest on the most unusual place for the patch to appear (won't tell you I'm thinking of getting one in flag form to put below the POW flag...)
ReplyDeleteNote to Raven, though: been two weeks or so...still waiting... think maybe a bank draft would be as good as a PMO... sorry.

Second comment deleted. No "nerve struck," just my conviction that cowards are not welcome here. Go away.
ReplyDeleteThat anyone is afraid to buy the patch because the government may put you on a list demonstrates you do not belong in the company of better men.
That you continue to post after being told you are unwelcome here demonstrates you have no honor, because you trespass where you are not welcome.

Shy Wolf--who's "Dave"?

Any chance of getting a smaller version of the patch made? I'm not sure just where I could wear a 4 inch job without it looking like a dinner plate. :) But I'll get some. Putting one on my gun bag and rifle cases would be great.
ReplyDeleteMomma,
ReplyDeleteThe 4 inch patch goes well on a M-65 type jacket on either shoulder if you like that sort of thing....
But as to smaller patches, not at the present. We just moved to the next phase of producing 3 color desert patches....small businesses have to start small. :-)

Raven, no problem. Just thought I'd ask. Might consider it for later, however. I suspect many of us would be able to make much better use of a smaller patch.
ReplyDeleteIn the meantime, I may just put one on the back of my ranch jacket - used all summer on the gun range. There is no room for a large patch on my sleeves... arms are too small! LOL
