Cutts was one of 10 officers convicted in the past five years that the AP found still had the authority to make an arrest or carry a gun, at least on paper. [More]So according to the law, a convicted murderer "Only One" is technically still more trustworthy to keep and bear arms than I am...?

"Merely resigning or being fired does not mean an officer would lose his police powers."
ReplyDeleteOf course not. Training a replacement Brownshirt takes a year and costs $150,000. Now that PDs and the military are accepting felons, Cutts could start over as a patrol officer pretty much anywhere else. It saves the taxpayers money. Those who survive.
WTF are "police powers"? Did ohio start a superhero program when i wasnt looking?
ReplyDeleteMaybe they confused them with police responsibilities, but i tried that, and it didnt seem to fit either.
any help here?
