...possession of firearms or dangerous weapons... [More]I bring this up because "the complete text of this policy is available in the office of the Vice President/Dean of Student Services," and you might have to crawl through some gunfire to get there to read it.
Any object used in an assault can be considered a "dangerous weapon", including shoes, combs, and pens. I guess disheveled, barefoot students writing in fingerpaint will now be standard here.

ReplyDeleteIllegal drugs are prohibited on campus. I find that hilarious. They're ILLEGAL. EVERYWHERE. Why feel the necessity to spell it out? IF drug laws stop drug "crime," drugs on campus cannot be, therefore cannot be a problem. Guns neither.
"Dear young adults, Thank you for the exorbitant tuition. Trust us to prepare you for leadership roles in our great state and our great country. WE do not trust YOU, however, but WE get to make the rules NOW. Later, when YOU'RE a college board of visitors or presidnet, YOU can make them. We sincerely hope Seung-hui Cho Jr. is not a fellow student of yours. If he is, we can assure you of a moving memorial service and that the building in which you are massacred will be converted into a Peace Education Center."
G*d knows I feel like a lib-tard ghoul for "dancing in the blood" of the victims, but every time I read one of these stories I find myself yearning to say
ReplyDeleteThat's IMPOSSIBLE!

You know, if they just make it SUPER-extra-illegaller, it would probably work...
