So why are "laws" endorsed that presume otherwise is established science?

    Some with sick fantasies are PAID to track victims and are ISSUED weapons. Their numbers are growing all the time. Their drugs of abuse are steroids and adrenaline. They carry a badge and a license to kill, and the circumstance in which they can do so are also growing all the time.
